I did the "e-bay photos permission" activity with the seller of an 1835 fashion publication on which I had bid and won. Here is the communication between myself and the seller, in reverse order, edited slightly for space.

These pictures came from the seller's listing on e-bay.
There were quite a few more pictures, and I think that I will try to put them up on an additional page later on. I'm sure that my students would also find these pictures interesting, although I am not quite ready to share my webpage with them yet! | |
